Priceline Partner Solutions is looking for a seasoned manager with the entrepreneurial tenacity to drive performance goals in a sales program.  

Why this job’s a big deal: 

The individual selected for this position will be responsible for aligning and driving our enterprise sales program and performance goals by managing our nearshore & offshore vendor partners. This individual must closely monitor and elevate performance goals to increase conversion, revenue, drive down costs, and engage in continuous sales improvements. In addition, this role will be instrumental in building upon existing/new partner(SEM) relationships,  while executing sales strategies with internal and external cross-functional collaboration. We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial spirit who will bring fresh and innovative ideas into the campaign management process.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Manage performance expectations for Onshore/Offshore Partners to ensure operations meet all contractual agreements for sales program expectations & key performance indicators.

  • Act as liaison between Operations and Outsource Sales management teams

  • Collaborate with internal leadership/account management teams to build on the highest generating revenue SEM affiliate relationships.

  • Act as a key interface with some of our enterprise customers

  • Ensure contact center performance goals align with affiliate sales strategy

  • Communicate performance commitments to vendors ensuring alignment with affiliate expectations.

  • Present offshore vendor and affiliate  sales performance reports and business requirements on a regular cadence at internal and external meetings as needed

  • Review operational sales key performance indicators; communicate issues or concerns to appropriate business owners and address them accordingly.

  • Identify sales and quality degradations and work with appropriate business partners to gauge both affiliate partner, agent, and vendor performance improvement needs

  • Maintain positive working relationships with Onshore/Offshore partners.

  • Lead problem-solving process, assist in sales root cause analysis and ensure performance resolution achieved.

  • Participate, plan, and implement new affiliate sales promotions and programs to include testing initiatives with vendor footprint alignment.

  • Reinforce communication of operational policies and procedures to Outsource Partner Centers.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of  5-8  years of operational sales management, preferably with travel industry experience

  • At least 3-5  years of account management experience for Offshore/Onshore vendors

  • Excellent high energy and salesmanship skills

  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills  

  • Ability to build and manage relationships across multiple groups with very diverse backgrounds

  • Ability to analyze and report on performance metrics, recommending improvement to KPI’s

  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment 

  • Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a time-sensitive, urgent, and fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$115,000.
