This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.
Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers – so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

As the Senior Manager of Partnership Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the acquisition strategy for Priceline's Accommodations Team. In this key management position, your strategic vision and collaborative approach will be instrumental in ensuring a robust and diverse supply portfolio, allowing Priceline to consistently provide our customers with the best accommodations options. One of the key responsibilities, in this role, will be to lead a team of Partnership Expansion Account Managers in developing and implementing initiatives that enhance our partnership portfolio.
In this role you will get to:

Recruit, develop, manage, retain and lead a team of Partnership Expansion account managers. to acquire incremental supply.

Establish and implement the acquisition strategy for Priceline’s Accommodations Team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the pursuit of innovative opportunity development to ensure the needs of the Partnership Expansion team are clearly communicated and represented.

Verify, analyze and understand all available data and reports by giving continuous feedback on the quality of the data.

Attend and participate to all relevant trade shows, workshops and local events necessary to achieve goals and represent the company in line with company guidelines

Run regular weekly/monthly internal reports on the team’s performance and the acquisition pipeline management
Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related area

Minimum 5 years proven sales/business development management experience in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and dynamic personality willing and able to drive strong results

Proven ability to identify and develop talent

Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action

Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills, with ability to influence internally and externally with a wide range of audiences

Comfortable working under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to constantly evolving marketplace conditions

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 .
