This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers –  so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

Why this job’s a big deal:

As the Senior Manager of Partnership Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the acquisition strategy for Priceline's Accommodations Team. In this key management position, your strategic vision and collaborative approach will be instrumental in ensuring a robust and diverse supply portfolio, allowing Priceline to consistently provide our customers with the best accommodations options. One of the key responsibilities, in this role, will be to lead a team of Partnership Expansion Account Managers in developing and implementing initiatives that enhance our partnership portfolio. 

 

In this role you will get to:

  • Recruit, develop, manage, retain and lead a team of Partnership Expansion account managers. to acquire incremental supply. 

  • Establish and implement the acquisition strategy for Priceline’s Accommodations Team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the pursuit of innovative opportunity development to ensure the needs of the Partnership Expansion team are clearly communicated and represented.

  • Verify, analyze and understand all available data and reports by giving continuous feedback on the quality of the data.

  • Attend and participate to all relevant trade shows, workshops and local events necessary to achieve goals and represent the company in line with company guidelines

  • Run regular weekly/monthly internal reports on the team’s performance and the acquisition pipeline management

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related area

  • Minimum 5 years proven sales/business development management experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive and dynamic personality willing and able to drive strong results

  • Proven ability to identify and develop talent

  • Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action

  • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills, with ability to influence internally and externally with a wide range of audiences

  • Comfortable working under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to constantly evolving marketplace conditions

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 .
