Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers –  so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

As the Director of Strategic Supply, you will lead the development and execution of supply strategies that support business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will manage a high-performing team and use data-driven insights to identify inventory shortfalls and discover opportunities to enhance supply chain capabilities.

We’re seeking a forward-thinking, results-driven leader with outstanding negotiation skills, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to align supplier performance with shifting business needs. You will bring a strong mix of commercial acumen, operational and project management expertise, and a solid grasp of technical systems, along with strong communication and consulting abilities.

In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for mentoring and empowering your team while fostering collaboration across departments. Core responsibilities include supplier contract negotiation and renewal, leading performance reviews, partnering with internal teams to maximize supplier value, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring access to competitive pricing and consistent availability..

In this role you will get to:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic supply initiatives to support company growth and operational excellence.

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Leverage data and analytics to identify supply gaps, forecast demand, and uncover opportunities to strengthen performance.

  • Negotiate and renew supplier contracts to secure favorable terms, ensure reliability, and drive cost efficiencies.

  • Conduct regular business performance reviews with key suppliers to monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and align on strategic goals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance) to enhance supplier partnerships and deliver added value to the business.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that support long-term supplier relationships and business objectives.

  • Ensure consistent access to competitive pricing and availability, minimizing risk and improving service levels across the supply chain.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred

  • Over 5 years of proven leadership experience within the lodging or hospitality industry

  • Skilled at cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term business partnerships

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to define, communicate, and execute a clear vision for business success

  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with a talent for translating insights into practical actions

  • Expert negotiator, developing creative solutions to problems or barriers

  • Strong organizational abilities, adept at managing priorities, tracking multiple initiatives, and adapting to evolving objectives

  • Clear and persuasive communicator with a track record of cross-functional influence and collaboration

  • High emotional intelligence, with the flexibility to tailor communication and leadership style to various audiences and contexts

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000.
