Associate Desktop Engineer

Why this job’s a big deal:

Priceline is looking for a skilled Associate Desktop Engineer to join the Desktop Engineering team. This team is responsible for managing the desktops around the world, along with the iPads, iOS & Android devices. We do this using Microsoft Intune and Jamf, along with Google Workspace & Zoom. In addition to this, we are looking for this person to provide tier 3 support for the Support team, as well as excellent white glove support for C levels and execs.

In this role you will get to:

• Work on projects, troubleshooting, escalation and support.

• Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for routine user problems, escalating more complex problems to management or technical staff. 

• Log and track all requests, incidents and tasks utilizing Jira Service Desk. 

• Train users on various software and system hardware. 

• Configure computers, install software, and set up peripheral equipment. 

• Request service/support from software and hardware vendors regarding defective products. 

• Protect confidentiality with regards to all aspects of employee and corporate information.

• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner. 

• Proficiency in the following: Lenovo & Apple, JIRA Service Desk, Windows 10/11 and macOS 15+, Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange, AWS Workspace, Okta, Google Workspace, ClearPass, Zoom. 

• Microsoft Intune/Entra (Primary skill), JAMF or Apple MDM(Primary skill), Google Workspace (Secondary skill) administration experience is a MUST

• Experience: 2+ years’ experience as a Desktop Engineer in a medium or a large-scale organization.

• Education: Bachelors’ Degree in Computer and Information Science or equivalent experience.
