Sales Operations Coordinator
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.
As operations Coordinator, the key objective of the role will be to support and help achieve the objectives of the Priceline Accommodation Team.

The operations Coordinator will bring a high level of operational savvy as it partners closely with Finance, Legal, Account, and Product teams across Priceline to support and maintain accurate management of supply across our platform. This coordinator role requires a driven personality and high attention to detail while processing large sets of data and navigating and affecting changes in tools and system, which house Priceline’s rate and distribution logics.
As an Operations Coordinator at Priceline, you have the opportunity to make a business impact at an individual level. In this role you will get to:

Manage, support, and optimize Accommodations team tools, including our property rate and distribution systems, extranet and API, Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), and others;

Communicate with hotel partners directly to provide support, resolve issues while providing optimal customer service

Troubleshoot process inefficiencies and identify opportunities for optimization and automation

Collaborate on projects to improve efficiencies between departments and markets;

Resolve operational support tickets through an internal system to enable the success of the account management team;

Identify and resolve operational issues of day-to-day projects;

Work closely together with Product, Finance and customer service teams to resolve or improve rate and distribution areas and internal processes;

Support the Finance and Tax teams in audits, investigations and special projects;

Analyze and manipulate large data sets for reporting or database maintenance activities;

Share and seek out best practices and knowledge with peers and internal stakeholders, both locally and in other regions/locations;

Support internal processes related to reporting and financial breakdown.
Who you are:

2+ years of professional experience in support operations, customer service, or a related analytical role;

Experience (professional or academic) working with large datasets using SQL, BigQuery, or Excel/Sheets is a plus (including formulas and pivot tables);

Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical skills;

Excellent problem solving, time management and prioritization skills;

A team player with the ability to communicate with multiple and varied stakeholders across the business;
