In this role you will get to:
Data & Reporting

Be the go-to person for recruitment data: owning multiple data sources, maintaining trackers, and delivering accurate weekly reports to key stakeholders.

You'll work extensively with Google Sheets, Excel, and AppScript to build and automate workflows, ensuring data is always clean, current, and actionable.

From tracking compensation benchmarks to identifying trends, you'll bring structure and rigor to how we manage and present recruitment information.

Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to streamline reporting, generate insights, or automate repetitive tasks is a strong plus.
Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Tech, Finance, or a similar field

1–3 years of experience in data, reporting, and analytics

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Google AppScript is a strong plus

Interest in learning tools like Workday or other HRIS/ATS platforms

Naturally curious about data — someone who asks "why" to uncover insights

Organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders
