Priceline (part of Booking Holdings) is hiring an Analyst to join the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This team supports hiring across the company.

In this role, you’ll help track hiring data, support reporting, and provide insights that help the business make better hiring decisions.

In this role you will get to: 

• Track key hiring data like open roles, approved positions, hires, and exits

• Help prepare monthly and quarterly hiring reports

• Monitor roles from approval → job posting → hire/closure

• Keep data accurate and up to date across systems

• Help improve and simplify reporting processes

• Analyze hiring trends (like salaries and locations)

• Work with finance teams to make sure hiring data matches budget plans

• Support additional analysis and projects related to hiring

Who you are: 

• Bachelor’s degree (Tech, Finance, or similar field)

• 1–3 years of experience in data, reporting and analytics

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Interest in learning tools like Workday or Google AppScript

• Likes exploring data and asking “why” to uncover insights 

• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

• Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders

• Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
