Priceline – a part of Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG) is looking for an Analyst of FP&A to join its Finance team. Our FP&A team sits at the center of the organization and is actively involved with
all major strategic decisions. The individual will be an integral member of a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting and managing Priceline’s full P&L and serving as analytical and strategic business partner throughout the organization.

In this role you will get to:

  • Build and maintain robust driver-based forecasting models in partnership with cross-functional business leaders

  • Build company and industry knowledge and develop a strong understanding of relevant financial metrics

  • Support the measurement of relevant key performance indicators and communicate findings to senior stakeholders

  • Perform insightful variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior year

  • Work across the team to build reporting infrastructure and help develop new FP&A processes and analyses that add value for all stakeholders

  • Partner to multiple teams within Priceline (examples include the product teams – hotel, rental car, flight, and package – as well as marketing, customer care, technology, and others)

  • Lead strategic analyses for business partners
     

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other quantitative discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related highly-analytical professional experience; FP&A experience preferred
  • Investment banking or management consulting background is a plus
  • Advanced Excel modeling experience required
  • Ability and interest to quickly learn and utilize tools such as Hyperion/HFM, Anaplan, Essbase, Tableau and SQL
  • Proven track record of critical thinking, performing comprehensive analysis, synthesizing dataand presenting insights in a clear and concise way
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, coordinate the efforts of others and work well with people at a wide range of levels

    There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant. 

    The salary range for this position is $85,000- $115,000 USD.
