As our Learning and Development Specialist, you’ll be a key contributor to the growth and development of all Priceliners around the globe! This role is a unique opportunity to both own the execution of established internal learning programs and our on-demand learning platforms, and grow new initiatives that contribute to the overall employee experience at Priceline. In this role you will get to:
Manage and Facilitate Core Learning Programs

Manage the operations of internal learning programs (new hire training, new manager training, etc), including scheduling, communications and marketing, attendance tracking, post-program feedback and follow-up.

Facilitate virtual, in-person and hybrid one-off and multi-session learning experiences to global audiences with high energy, confidence and engagement; adapt facilitation style to diverse audience needs.

Monitor program health and impact and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.
Manage our Learning Management System Implementation and Maintenance

Manage existing and future LMS updates and on-demand content curation.

Oversee migration to a new LMS within the first year including testing, launch communications and training, and working in partnership with our HRIS team to support strong configuration.

Grow library of internally-authored eLearning courses to support business needs leveraging AI-powered content authoring tools.

Serve as the subject matter expert for our LMS administration and the lead point of contact for all LMS related queries raised by managers, employees and external partners.

Serve as a point of contact for external content vendors to align new vendor products to business needs.
Contribute to New Learning Initiatives

Support rollout of new training initiatives and change efforts that support business needs

Bring forward ideas for enhancing the learning experience at Priceline.
Who you are:

2-4 years of experience in project management – ideally related to education or technology, eLearning course development and/or Learning Management System administration

Strong record of facilitating learning for global audiences in virtual and in-person settings

Demonstrated project management and organization skills with proven record of consistently delivering quality work in a timely manner

Ability to apply effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills that lead to high quality relationships

Experience using AI tools in Learning and Development or education settings

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities

Proficient in the use of Google Suite tools; demonstrated aptitude to quickly pick up new tools and technologies to further build our learning and development toolkit and delivery methods

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $90,000- $115,000 USD.
